Our application process is totally free of cost to all candidates. However, it does not guarantee employment nor that you will be granted an interview within a certain period of time. We do not follow an application queue. We follow client’s operational demands.

We are hired by many clients (cruise lines and concessions or resorts) to find qualified candidates for their open vacancies.

Having your resume on our database will allow us to access your skills and past professional experience and see if it matches what they are looking for.

We follow their priorities based on their operational needs, and that can often change.

We thank you for your time in filling the application form and uploading your resume and other relevant files to access your qualifications.

You will be contacted:

1. If you meet the requirements of one of the positions you selected.
2. If our clients are looking for someone with your skills at this time. If the position is not currently open for your region, you will only be contacted when it is open. That can change any minute, reason why it’s important to have your resume in our database.
3. Emailing one or all of our recruiters will not speed up your process. Our recruiters are divided by region or by area of expertise. Applications are not accepted by email, only after you created your account in our database.

Examples:

• If you email a recruiter that is only recruiting candidates from USA and you are not an American citizen, she will not be able to screen your resume.
• If you email a recruiter from Brazil and you are from Zimbabwe, she will also not be able to screen your resume.
• If you email a recruiter that is not a Casting Manager, she will not be able to access your singing / dancing / musician skills. Same with Spa positions, we have 2 designated Spa Specialist recruiters.

Each recruiter in our team will best find you when searching the database for matches for the open jobs.
